The best baked mac and cheese 🧀 Rue: 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp flour, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp dry mustard. Add 1 cup milk slowly Add cubed velveeta (about 1/2 lb) Remove from heat and add 1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar Mix in cooked pasta Top with parm and bread crumbs mixed with melted butter Bake 20 mins at 350°F and broil for a few to get the top crispy Enjoy!!!

This is so much easier for me than still making a rue with Butter. So i use 2 table spoons of flour Add some pepper Then I add milk as needed. Keep stirring to avoid clots When it starts thickening I add cheese. I used mature cheddar cheese. When the sauce is the right consistency I pour over the pasta before baking in the oven. This sauce works well for Mac and Cheese. Except when making mac and cheese you'll use more cheese in the sauce and mix the pasta with the sauce before adding cheese on
