Russ Youngstrom dedicated the last 30 years of his life to promoting workplace safety from a wheelchair. With his wife, Laurel, by his side, Russ traveled the country telling the story of the day he unhooked his safety gear before falling from a scaffolding. Russ passed away at his home Tuesday.
