On Monday, March 13th, 2023 at 6:15 pm, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) was notified of a fire outbreak at a warehouse located on Tuas South Avenue 8. The fire involved solvents and flammable construction materials, and the public was advised to keep a safe distance from the area due to ongoing firefighting operations that had taken place earlier at 28 Tuas South Ave 8.
