Homemade Bisquick Mix 🧇🥞 the base is: 8c flour, 6T baking powder, 2 T baking soda, 1.5 T salt, 1/2c sugar. . For pancakes add: 1c mix, 1c milk, 1egg, 2T butter or oil (and usually a bit of vanilla) . For waffles add: 1c mix, 3/4c milk, 1egg, 1T butter or oil (and usually a bit of vanilla/almond extract) . I have used it for actual biscuits before but tbh I would rather make butter swim or roll out biscuits with lard so I prefer to just use it for pancakes & waffles. Enjoy! . #homemade #homemad
